Report

Before reporting an issue

First check the opening BS, transaction timing, account signs, and the Checks tab. If the result still looks wrong, send a compact report from the app.

Choose the issue type: journal template, account mapping, calculation, import, Excel output, or other.
Include the relevant month, account, transaction type, and template name.
Describe the expected result and the observed result.
Do not include a full confidential forecast when a minimized example is enough.
