Statement Engine processes trial balance, transaction, and forecast data to provide forecast, roll-forward, import, issue-reporting, and Excel export features. The service currently does not provide user accounts or server-side scenario storage.

CSV imports and forecast payloads are sent to the server for calculation. Do not enter highly confidential, regulated, or personally sensitive data unless you have reviewed the hosting, security, and data retention setup and are comfortable using the service for that data.

Issue reports are submitted through an API endpoint and may include the report type, description, page URL, display language, selected transaction type, selected journal template, and request details. They may be stored server-side and reviewed through a protected local admin view to investigate suspected journal, mapping, and calculation issues.

Google AdSense code may be included on selected product entry pages, and Google Analytics code is included on public pages. These services may load Google advertising, measurement, and analytics features. Google Analytics may collect page view, browser, device, referrer, and approximate location signals through Google tags. Financial input data is not intentionally used for personalized ad targeting or analytics events by Statement Engine.

Operational logs may include request information needed to run and secure the service. Raw trial balance and forecast payloads should not be stored as scenarios unless the user explicitly enables storage through a future feature.

Statement Engineは、試算表、取引、予測データを、予測計算、ロールフォワード、CSV取込、不具合報告、Excel出力のために処理します。現時点では、ユーザーアカウントやサーバー側のシナリオ保存機能はありません。

CSV取込データや予測ペイロードは計算のためにサーバーへ送信されます。ホスティング、セキュリティ、データ保持方針を確認し、そのデータでサービスを利用してよいと判断できるまでは、機密性の高い情報、規制対象情報、個人情報を含むデータの入力は避けてください。

不具合報告はAPIエンドポイントを通じて送信され、報告種別、説明、ページURL、表示言語、選択中の取引タイプ、選択中の仕訳テンプレート、リクエスト情報などを含む場合があります。これらはサーバー側に保存され、保護されたローカル管理画面を通じて確認される場合があり、仕訳、マッピング、計算に関する疑義の調査に利用します。

一部の製品入口ページにはGoogle AdSenseコードが、公開ページにはGoogle Analyticsコードが含まれており、Googleの広告、測定、分析サービスが読み込まれる場合があります。Google Analyticsは、Googleタグを通じてページ閲覧、ブラウザ、端末、参照元、おおまかな地域などの情報を収集する場合があります。Statement Engineは、入力された財務データを意図的にパーソナライズ広告のターゲティングや分析イベントに利用しません。

運用ログには、サービス運営と保護に必要なリクエスト情報が含まれる場合があります。将来ユーザーが保存機能を明示的に有効化しない限り、試算表や予測ペイロードをシナリオとして保存しない方針です。
